Local and organic food is the starting point for all of our cooking. We work with farmers, fishermen, and butchers in the region, and always know the origin of the food.

Ward de Graaf reigns in the kitchen, and with his team creates the most wonderful menus. Everyone brings new surprises to the table, due to our philosophy of only working with food that is locally available. Above all, we love special combinations. At Eindloos, you don't simply order dishes, but indicate the courses that you'd like. You indicate what you absolutely do not like and you inform us of any allergies you have. Based on this, we will create a tasty evening with matching drinks

Aside the local produce, we work with a European wine list that features only organic wines, and then skilfully match each dish to a drink.
