Thanks to its beautiful location, you can head in any direction, with various routes to cycle or walk! Ride the Pontjesroute, stroll past all 43 national monuments of the village, or take the junction route into nature.

The best helmsmen are, of course, on shore! Each summer, the SKS Championship Skûtsjesilen is organized. This Frisian sailing competition brings a lot of joy and is definitely worth witnessing.
