Fun fact: the Iranian New Year celebration is called Nowruz, where a ceremonial table is set with a number of fixed elements: like an apple, a mirror and a goldfish. Each element stands for something. For instance, coins are laid out for prosperity and wealth, a basket of painted eggs for fertility, an apple (the earth) in a bowl of water (the universe), a goldfish in a bowl as a symbol of life. This table can also be found in Podium Explore on Saturday.
