VHDG Art Market

Yes, it's here: our very first VHDG Art Market! In between our exhibitions, we like to put the spotlight on local talent and young makers. Because if we want to give them space – why not literally make our beautiful space available?

On Friday 28 March at 5:00 pm, we will open our doors for this brand new concept: the VHDG Art Market. A place where artists and makers present their work. Where you can look, discover, meet and of course take something beautiful home with you. From screen printing and textiles to paintings and jewellery, you will find something different every time. During the opening, there will also be an audiovisual performance by Luz Mercedes.

We are proud to present the fantastic participants of this first edition: Hugo Tekstra, Fleur Stoltenborgh, Marije Dijkstra, Alex Wening, Christina Everts, Ruth Stellingwerf, Luz Mercedes, Marijke Klamer and Lennart Jager. We are super happy that they are there! 

After the festive opening, the works of all the makers will remain on display (and for sale!) until April 12. Come by, support local talent and be surprised!

VHDG Connect
The Art Market is part of VHDG Connect, our new annual program for the support and development of emerging artists. In 2025, several programs will start for (starting) artists from the Northern Netherlands, focused on networking, growth and inspiration. Interested?
