JAN! is passionate about food and is known for his idiosyncratic approach to dishes. Through tasting, experimenting and combining, JAN! creates non-standard dishes, in which he searches for perfection. The result is surprising, homemade creations with both local and exotic influences, which stem from JAN!'s sources of inspiration, such as long-distance travel to exotic countries and discovering new flavors in the local food culture.
