The Kleine Kerkstraat is one of the nicest shopping streets in Leeuwarden, filled with boutiques, design shops, and the tastiest local products. Not into shopping? Take a short walk to the Oldehoofsterkerkhof. Here stands our leaning tower: the Oldehove. From April to September, you can climb it and enjoy the stunning view from the top, but you haven't truly experienced Leeuwarden until you've taken a photo with it—leaning, of course, just like the Leaning Tower of Pisa. Interested in a city walk, a tour, or that hidden little restaurant you might not stumble upon? At the foot of the Oldehove, you’ll find the Visitor Center, the physical reception point for all tourists where we provide up-to-date tourist information.
