Diwali Festival

In 2023 the Indian community is organizing an event to celebrate the festival of Diwali! And for everyone who is interested, you are more than welcome to join the party on the 12th of November!
Diwali is the most popular festival in India, generally referred as festival of lights. And this year the Indian community of Leeuwarden invites you to join our festive activities during this special holiday! On the 12th of november you are welcome to join and celebrate Diwali.
The evening is organized by the Indian Community here in Leeuwarden and offers an evening full of cultural activities and traditional Indian food. The entire evening consists of:
17:30 - Entry
17:50 - Welcome Drinks & Snacks
18:15 - Puja Begins
19:00 - Dinner Starts
From 18:00 - 21:00 there will be a cultural program with multiple activities. The night ends around 21:30
